Our approach began with a homepage redesign, adopting a content-first methodology to foster immediate connections with visitors through expert content and video reviews.

Recognizing that over 85% of traffic was mobile, a mobile-first design was prioritized to enhance navigation and the user journey. Insights from Ultracart’s user journey recordings informed our strategy, allowing us to tailor the shopping experience to their behavior.

On the product page, we streamlined the shopping experience. Our redesigned CTA presented one-time purchases and subscription options side by side, empowering customers to make informed choices. Express checkout options were introduced directly below the CTA to streamline the process further.

The checkout page was simplified to facilitate a seamless purchase process and upsells were minimized and strategically focused on products related to the customer’s primary purchase.
